Job Description
As a System Engineer – L2 at Wipro, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by effectively communicating and empathizing with clients.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications through remote support.
- Responding to incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints.
